When you request a territory, Buildable collects the information you submit, such as your name, email, company, counties, project types, and message.

How information is used

Buildable uses this information to respond, assess territory fit and availability, provide the service, and communicate with you about Buildable. We do not sell your contact information.

Service providers

The request form may use a form-delivery provider to transmit your submission. Hosting, email, analytics, and operational providers may process limited information on Buildable’s behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Retention and choices

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing territory@gobuildable.com.

Effective August 4, 2026. This draft should be reviewed before production launch and updated to name every provider actually enabled.
